This Site offers private tutoring services in Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry, and Molecular Biology ("Tutoring Services"), as well as free educational content including study guides and blog posts ("Educational Content"). Hassan Moussa operates as an independent tutor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as a representative of any university or educational institution, including the University of Florida or Northwestern University.
2. Educational Content — No Academic Guarantee
All study guides, blog posts, articles, and other materials on this Site are provided for informational and educational purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy:

3. Tutoring Sessions — Booking & Payment
Booking
Sessions are booked by submitting a request through the contact form on this Site. A session is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation (via email) from Hassan. Submission of a booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment.
Payment
Payment is due prior to or at the time of each session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Current rates are listed on the Site's pricing section and are subject to change. Rates in effect at the time of booking confirmation apply to that session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled session) may be charged in full at Hassan's discretion. No-shows without notice will be charged in full.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first session, a full refund will be issued upon request, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to first sessions only and must be requested within 48 hours of the session.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to study guides, written explanations, diagrams, PDF downloads, and website design — is the original work of Hassan Moussa and is protected by copyright law.
- You may download and print PDF guides for your own personal, non-commercial study use.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- You may not claim any content from this Site as your own work.
Sharing a link to a guide page is always welcome and encouraged.
5. Acceptable Use
By using this Site, you agree not to:
- Use content from this Site to violate your institution's academic integrity or honor code policies
